This is a quiet, authentic Transylvanian house set in a historic

traditional Saxon village background. The host of the guesthouse, Sanda,

will pamper you with Transylvanian dishes, following local cooking

traditions and using only natural produce. In April & October the

house is heated with a traditional terracotta fireplace. House address:

church of the village. It has a large yard covered in clean grass, so

you can walk barefooted here if you want. As there are no parasite lights,

the stars glimmer big at night. This is a traditional Transylvanian

house, built in the 19th century, its name keeping alive the memory of

the last owner – Walter Denghel. Located in the village center, directly

across from the medieval church, these house is a way to

experience local life at its best.

During daytime you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea made from

locally-grown herbs and spices. The house is heated like in the old

days, during cold months, you will find the place warm, but you will have

to continue feeding the fire and start it again in the morning if you

feel it is necessary. We understand that while some might consider this

charming, others would feel it is a bit too much for them. The only
