Not far away from the village center, at number 276, a big beautiful yard cradles the pink colored Stadtern-Hof house, with two double and one single room, a small living room, and a covered patio.

Are you planning to travel with a group of friends, planning a trip with your extended family, or do you just enjoy having lots of company on your vacation?

In order to offer you a good experience, we will not rent the other rooms, yet you will only pay per person. If you reserve this house, you will have the entire place to yourself, regardless of the number of persons in your group.

Housekeeper Mihaela Neagu is always happy to receive guests; she’ll also be the one doing the wonderful cooking. The whole village is centered on a timeless atmosphere – the peace, the beauty, the natural wonders, and the unique architecture all making your vacation something truly special.

Mălâncrav is an authentic traditional village with the biggest Saxon rural community in Romania.

During cold months, in April & October, this house is heated like in the old days, with traditional terracotta heater. You will find the place warm, but you will have to continue feeding the fire and start it again in the morning if you feel it is necessary. We understand that while some might consider this charming, others would feel it is a bit too complicated for them.

If the other house in the same yard (276B) is rented, you might meet 2-3 other countryside enthusiasts like you in the yard; this is the only common space.

The only mobile network working here is Digi.

Please note that is best to drink the water your host brings to the house, rather than directly from the tap.
