In April & October, this house is heated like in the old days with traditional fireplace.

Your days here will be quiet and relaxed. This house is a typical Transylvanian house restaured by local people with authentic techniques and the same materials used here by centuries now; it is decorated with traditional objects, most of which were used many years by people in the village.

This house is located right in the center of the village, on the main street. It has a double room with twin beds in the attick and a kitchen downstairs, perfect for a couple or two friends travelling together. If you combine it with 161A you will get a suitable house for a large family or a medium sized group of friends.

As your appartment has an equipped kitchen, you can either choose self catering or you can eat in one of the restaurants in Viscri. If you fancy a home cooked meal, please let us know with one day in advance and we will try to arrange it.

During cold months, please be so kind to call us with 2 hours before your arrival so we can talk about making the fire. We think this is part of the nice experience you will have with us and most of our guests consider this charming. You will be kindly asked to continue feeding the fire and start it again in the morning if you feel it is necessary.
